  • Preparing the application/case and submitting the same to the Entry Clearance Officer/ Home Office as the case may be;
  • Liaising with the ECO/Home Office during the pendency of the matter until a decision is made;
  • Informing the applicant of the ECO/Home Office decision;
  • Advising on the necessary action to be taken after the decision.
